This Cottage has panoramic views from the garden across beautiful fields and wooded countryside. It has a modern, newly refurbished interior and is tastefully decorated with most attractive decor and charming furnishings.

The Self Catering Accommodation:
There is a large open kitchen and dining area with table and seating for 6. The kitchen has fitted units and an built-in oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a most attractive living room with two very comfortable sofas, easy chair,Digital Flatscreen TV, radio/tape/CD player, woodburner and glazed door to the outside. Double aspect windows look onto beautiful countryside surrounding the cottage. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with 5ft bed and a twin bedded room with two 3ft beds. An extra 'Z' bed can be provided. The bathroom has a white bathroom suite with over bath shower.

The Outside:
In front of the cottage there is a sitting area with a garden table, chairs and a garden with picnic bench and barbecue. The sheep, pigs, ducks, chickens and ponies live in adjacent fields and there is access across the fields to a stone bridge at the bottom of the valley which leads into woodland.

The Linhay (One Bedroom - Sleeps 2 + small child/baby)

The Linhay is a recently refurbished barn conversion suiting a couple needing a relaxing break. This stone barn is set in an apple orchard , a private and tranquil space. The interior is full of character, without sacrificing modern convenience, and finished to a high standard.
A woodburner to sit by, birdsong the only noise to wake you. This is the perfect romantic retreat
The airy and beamed living room is comfortably furnished.

A series of double-glazed french doors provide plenty of interior light. They open up fully so that you can take advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Immediately outside is the paved terraced area.
The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable king size brass double bed with a duvet and crisp white bedding. There is en suite bathroom.

The barn has a private gravelled car parking area.
