Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit and balance due 1 month in advance of booking date. Your deposit will only be returned if booking can be filled.
Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels, travel cot, high chair, summer electricity, central heating (oil) and first basket of logs included.
(a small charge is made for extra logs)
Dog charge £15.00 per dog per week. (Limited to two well behaved dogs)
Telephone: No telephone but good mobile reception. Use of owners telephone in an emergency.
Butchers, grocery store, P/O, restaurant and two pubs at Winkleigh approx. 2 miles, award winning restaurant/pub at Wembworthy three quarters of a mile.
Eggesford Station 1.5 miles, regular branchline service Barnstaple to Exeter. The owners are happy to collect rail travellers from the station.
